高尚行，博士，美国密苏里科技大学教授。1984年毕业于中国海洋大学，1995年获得加州大学洛杉矶分校地球物理与空间物理博士学位，美国卡耐基研究院博士后，2012年当选为美国地质学会会士。1994年以来共发表期刊及会议论文350余篇，被SCI收录的期刊论文约85篇，其中第一作者和通讯作者50余篇，论文主要发表于Nature，Science，Geology，EPSL，GRL，JGR和Tectonics等国际著名期刊，Google Scholar 引用约为3200次。
