马兹兰·宾·马东，博士，教授，大陆架界限委员会委员（2012-2022），马来西亚吉隆坡国家石油公司首席地质学家。曾担任多所大学的行业顾问专家小组成员，包括马来西亚大学（2010年）、马来西亚国家石油公司科技大学（2011年至今）以及马来西亚丁加奴大学（2016年）。研究领域包括区域地质研究、盆地分析、沉积学、构造学、构造地质学和油藏地质研究，专注于东南亚、中非洲等国际项目有关沉积盆地和石油系统的勘探资源评价研究。2013年，马东博士当选为马来西亚科学院院士。
